Stiles Harold Williams and Cushman Wakefield were recently instructed to seek interest in a unique property in Brighton. The 34,000 sq ft self-contained grade A office is just a stones throw from the beach and located in a secure and private mews, adjacent to Churchill Square. Our starting point was aerial photography from 500ft showing this great location. Followed up by mast photography and internal marketing shots, Matt Jones designed a new brochure and website. Launched in early 2016 the property marketing for this building generated strong interest.
