Virtual Tour

Virtual Tour

Virtual tours are a series of panoramic photographs of a location composed of a sequence of images where the visitor to a website gets to look around a physical space.

Outside, you can see distant views, surrounding areas and all aspects of a building. Inside, you can navigate detailed interiors and get a sense of walking through a real space.

Virtual tours can be embedded into existing websites or can be produced to work in a stand alone media player, a kind of mini website.

The Client
Store Property are a family-owned business based in Chichester, West Sussex whose portfolio has grown to cover the ownership, management and development of over 1.5 million sq ft of offices, industrial and retail units.

Their brief was to rename, rebrand and create a new identity for a retail area incorporating over 50 shops and local businesses, optimising marketing materials to gain more shoppers and advertise available retail units.

The project involved the following elements
• Logo and brand design
• A bespoke website to draw more shoppers to the area
• Branded window graphics for available retail units
• Branded 4 page brochures for available retail units
• A 6 week advert campaign in local press on the run up to Christmas
• Bespoke directional marketing boards on the main roads leading to the town

The McAleer & Rushe Group is a privately owned award winning property development, investment and construction firm with in excess of 40 years experience in the acquisition, design, development and construction of property.

Our brief was to create a brand and marketing materials for a completely new development of modern, high-spec offices in the heart of Brighton’s Business Quarter.

The project involved the following elements:
• Logo and brand design
• Computer generated images created from architectural drawings to be included across marketing materials
• 4-page A4 marketing brochure
• Brochure-style marketing website
• Bespoke marketing sign of approx 4 x 3 meters
• Large format Marketing Banner applied to existing signage framework of approx 4.2 x 5 meters

Weston Industrial Estate Makeover

The Client
Jones Lang LaSalle, one of the leading firms in the real estate services and investment management sector, have more than 40,000 employees in more than 1,000 locations in 70 countries serving the local, regional and global real estate needs of their clients. Our biggest project to date, this industrial estate in Weston-Super-Mare contains over 60 individual units.

We gave the whole area a fresh new identity, installing comprehensive estate signage throughout, as well as marketing signage for void units. This was backed up by a bespoke website, marketing brochures and press adverts.
